Sure, bars and restaurants near universities tend to highlight student budgets and tastes, but the University of Arizona area also caters to professors and visiting parents, from a bakery featuring French macrons to a new upscale Mexican dining room. We’re concentrating on the area roughly from Broadway Boulevard and Euclid Avenue to Speedway Boulevard and Campbell Avenue in this guide.

Substance Diner has created a vegan chicken sandwich that even meat lovers can’t get enough of.It’s called theSpicy Fricken Sandwich. Between the sesame seed Kaiser roll bun is a scratch-made seitan cutlet, which is made of wheat gluten and is then crusted in hot spices and deep-fried.
